What are the spec of those wheels and tires?

Enkei RPF1 17x8 +45

Nitto 555R drag radials up front 245/45-17
Nitto 555 in the rear 245/45-17

I don't get any traction at WOT until 4th gear. That might change when it gets warm again. These tires hate the cold.
