Well, the season is drawing to an end, Jamie Whincup's fingerprints were already on the trophy, all he had to do was finish 22nd over the weekend, or finish 6th in 1 rave, and the championship was his.

Race 1 today, and the only 2 drivers in with a mathematical chance blew it, With Tander getting penalised for a jump start from poll position, and Winterbottom ending Skaifes hope of a fairy tale ending colliding in pit lane.

This left Whincup to win the race, with his team mate Lowndes finishing second, wrapping the championship up and giving Ford the #1 back for next year.
