    Default Filing inside of CS TIP? (+ CS Mudflap pics)

    Hi all

    My Corksport SRI & Mudflaps arrived today from MPSG. Very happy with them, and with MPSG service recently

    One issue though.
    I was looking inside the TIP and where the recirc line is welded to the pipe there are lots of jagged metal edges. Running my finger over this produced a few metal filings qute easily, so thinking i should smooth these off with a fine file because:

    a) I dont want metal filings going through my engine
    b) Wonder if these metal edges jutting out into the recirc pipe and a little into the TIP would disrupt airflow.

    Any knowelegable advice would be welcome as this is my first engine mod

    Also, here are a few pics of my mudflaps if anyone is interested. Very nice design, seem pretty sturdy, easy to install......and best of all.....they came with a little mudflap key ring!

    Will do, but sounds like Aaron is having a bitch of a time atm so I'll give it a few weeks.

    Those 'jaggered edges' shouldn't disrupt flow. Too small to do anything like that. Cleaning out the filings is a good idea though.

    Thought as much, metal filings were the main concern. Rest looks pretty top notch though.
