Anyone done GenII exhaust upgrade in Brisbane? I wanna hear it!

Hey Brisbane-ites, I'm on the cusp of dropping around $600 on a cat back system with a Universal Magnaflow Single 3" Inlet & Dual 2.5" Out, but am concerned about noise levels. Not concerned about performance gains though.

I've spoken to Chris at BM who hasn't kitted up for GenII yet but is looking into the Magnaflow setup for the GENII from the US.

I'd really like to hear what the car sounds like in the flesh with anyone who has modded the exhaust on a GENII.

Any chance I could meet up with some of you to have a listen?

Bit surprised considering the price of the alternatives.

Yeah, I was trying to convince myself at the same time.

After doing some short cruises with some of the GENI owners (Rino and Missy) I really enjoyed the nice tone they put out and want something similar.

Maybe I should just new exhaust tips and be done with it.

Get someone to take it up the street as is.
That's what I did. I thought it sounds really good with just the DP.
I personally wouldn't want it louder. It's misleading from inside the cabin.

If I may weigh in on this; May I also suggest a downpipe to start? I think you will be more than happy with the results, and then you can decide whether you want to go CBE.

Thing is by the time it hits Oz it will be well over $1000 plus how much to ship 25 kgs of exhaust.
