Also it's definately on the mps's as well. I asked them.
Also they have a car they have been testing on for months already. They have actually done a few now.

I'm not looking to crank the boost either. 17psi is all I'll go.

If you have the choice, at the very least get the current warranty issues resolved before you spend a couple of grand on a tune. You want a clean bill of health from mazda before you push that baby any further! Good Luck!

if your running an upgraded IC your turbo is not working anywhere near as hard due to the lower pressure differential accross the core.
