magnaflow atm is fairly quiet, has a note but nothing drastic.

I believe you have made a good choice, I have a CP-E bellmouth dump pipe & a CP-E 3" exhaust & nothing shabby about the power it is putting out . I installed the dump first & the exhaust was very loud after intalling the CP-E exhaust it was quiter with a distinctively agressive deep "don't mess with me note" you won't be disappointed .
