Took my time fitting, it took longer to get the old exhaust off than to fit the new. Took me a liesurely couple of hours.
Minor position adjustment today - slight rattle from touching shroud at bumper - 5 minute fix - loosen right muffler reposition and retighten - I guess the mounting donuts settled.

Guess who's got the mod bug - there's no stopping now Russell. What's next on the list?

hahah... what's next!
It's like a packet of pringles... once you pop you can't stop..

Yes it does drone, but only at constant light loads as in accelerating lightly uphill. The noise when up it is not really a drone and pretty pleasant.
It also drones a bit at cold start high idle, but as idle drops so does drone.
Minor fault is that the plastic shield over the fuel pump is too close to the exhaust and melts. Kathy noticed a burning smell on the Burrawang Cruise at Bundanoon. Plastic droplets stuck on exhaust. Easy fix - drill a small hole in cover and tie up with a cable tie to metal heat shield just in front of cover. Gives plenty of clearance.
The perfectionist I am, I spent hours trimming the cover, fitting a heat shield and making it look neat. The cable tie would have taken a few minutes and solved the problem, should have done it when I fitted the exhaust.
Very happy, fuel economy appears better 9.2 litres per 100 k's whereas usually on a trip 9.8 at best but usually just over the 10. Top end acceleration also appears better, but time and more driving will confirm.
For Mal - probably next is a strut brace - put one on my S14 and transformed the car - put one on the next car the VX SS and also made a remarkable improvement.
