All the FMIC kits I have seen with the piping going down (our) D/S seem to hit on a lot of parts.
    AC, PS etc.

Hmmm, I'm liking the look of COBB and Corksport at the moment, just nervous with the issues you are having.

I purchased a Cobb Tunning FMIC for the Gen 2, seemed like a great deal to me, it come up on ebay from an Australian supplier and the price was actually less than I could have got it deliverd direct from the USA and it has arrrived, so I guess soon I can let you know if its a direct fit on the Australian model

I am a big fan of the FULL RACE FMIC KIT, not to mention a fan of their upgrade pack for the MPS... but they are both pricey.

Inverting the core and making new brackets to support the core and pipes is all it took, or, should I keep that sort of info to myself?

it's more a tongue in cheek reference to this thread... he's saying it bolted up pretty much straight away, and only thing he had to do was use a hammer

^^ This, and I had to grind the corner off the two brackets, it was very straight forward to do.
