    It's a constriction. Not sure whether it'll make a tangible difference because it's splitting into two pipes. Will let someone else comment on that.

    the joining welds look pretty average though...

    i got the ces racing system on my 3, its a 3" stainless system turbo back and i had a resonator colapase and make a rattle so CES removed the resonator and now my car is a bit louder. after 3k revs thou its a monster
