Just do it as often as your regular service intervals and it should be fine.

I used High Temp Grease on my Forge Diverter Valve (Recirc Valve..)

no real need to use high temp grease.. if your BOV on the cold side of your intercooler is getting that hot.. youll have bigger problems..
