Default Remove 6 MPS Leather Pack Cupholder

    Hi
I'm looking to remove the cupholder as part of the installation of a GPS/DVD/TV/RV CAM unit that replaces the top compartment. I know the cupholder come out first but the links to the videos showing how on the tech site are broken.
I tried and I can't seem to get it. I'm sure that there's a knack to it that I haven't worked out yet.

    Has anyone else done this.

    Thanks

You basically need to yank it out. I've removed them probably about 5 or 6 times and found the best way was to start by sticking your fingers down the gap where the handbrake is and pull up and towards the front. Focus on getting the corner closest to the driver out. Once you get 1 clip loose it's just a matter of pulling harder until the rest pop out.

Ok. That worked Thanks very much.I was a bit worried about breaking something but getting that corner out first made it easy.

    Now to start installing

    General rule with dash trims:
If it's not coming out... Pull harder
