    Default Steering/suspension issue

I just noticed today when pulling into my park at work that when my car was on full lock and moving forward very slowly into my park it was like there was a bulge in the tyre. I felt a slight bump...bump.....bump, I reversed out slowly and in again and same thing backwards and forwards. I felt my way around all tyres and felt no sign of a bulge at all, I have noticed that my car had felt a little rougher in the front of late but simply put it the shocking state of Brisbane roads at the moment.
If anyone has had a simliar problem or hace any suggestions as to what it might be fire away, I didn't hear and clicking as I thought it may have been CV joints but it's got my stuffed/worried.

Check for chewing gum? Maybe you missed it when you checked? Rock in tread?
Otherwise the pedders check seems like a good idea for piece of mind -
