You can not have black rims on a black car unless you have 2 or 3 piece rims.

Then you can have the centre black and the rim itself polished or natural...

You need something to break up the blackathon.

From your picture I would take the bottom right selection which is the gunmetal grey or leave them unpainted and let the brake dust build up so you have brake dust brown rims.

Now if you had any other coloured car satin black would be my first choice.

HRE C20's



If you had those HRE's you could have the centre metalic black and the lip natural/polished (the pic is polished) and it would look the business. Only problem is HRE's cost the earth!

No you don't. That's purely a matter of opinion!! Granted that a break up of one colour never goes astray. But I wouldn't go as far as saying you need a 2/3 piece wheel to pull it off.

hey matt ive already sprayed mine satin black, im not too sure if u should spray ur rims or not but to be honest once u lower it u'll know what suits more, the stupid colours u done i actually like em is there anychance u can use my foto the side view one and put those stupid colours on my white mps? haha im thinking of spraying it that colour too

The colour you choose won't suit every taste - no matter how much thought put in - my taste - pad dust grey/black - car always looks good even when the wheels are dirty, all four wheels look the same and I don't have to clean them on a daily basis.

Was thinking gloss black all except the 5 triangley bits, them gloss white, on the face of them... Opinions??
