Default DMS High Performance Shocks and Coilovers!

GSL RallySport Stocks the complete range of Drummond Motor Sport Street and Competition Shock Absorbers and Coilovers!

DMS Gold 40mm Shock Absorber

Due to strong demand DMS introduced in 2003 the DMS Gold, 40mm performance street range of shock absorbers. This is a bump/rebound adjustable shock with a wide, useable range of adjustment giving users 30 settings allowing for all applications, from comfortable touring to club motor sport.

DMS Gold 40mm adjustable shock absorber is made for a wide range of vehicles, including Subaru Impreza, Mitsubishi Lancer, Mirage, VW and many others. Check the DMS website catalogue or with GSL RallySport for shocks for your car.

DMS Gold 40mm shock absorbers have high flow piston ports giving this shock superior control allowing more precise tuning.

Product Description:

- DMS blue shell case. Made of chrome-moly high strength steel. Fitted with adjustable anodised aluminium spring seat and lock nut. The DMS 40mm strut body is fitted with double lipped seals at the top, special low friction bushes and a seal below bottom bush to eliminate stiction. DMS uses specially formulated grease which gives durability and longevity to the 40mm GOLD suspension.

- Adjustable camber available on mounting brackets.

- 40mm shock absorber insert with high flow competition design piston with 30 defined adjustable bump and rebound settings. DMS only uses special formulated racing shock absorber fluid in this street performance product.

DMS 50mm Adjustable Shock Absorber

DMS first designed and manufactured the 50mm suspension system in 1990. Testing and tuning has continued and now has produced DMS's most successful product - the two-way adjustable damping shock absorber. This adjustable shock absorber has been used in production car motor sports.

This DMS high performance 50mm shock absorber has one of the largest pistons available in a shock absorber in the world. This gives superior control, more precise tuning due to larger displacement and pressure areas and precise adjustment on bump and rebound independently.

The larger the piston area the lower the internal operating pressures and temperatures. This provides higher damping capabilities which are necessary in severe rally or race competition. Compared to conventional shock absorbers the DMS Giant 50mm has over 200% improved accuracy and control.

Product Description:

- DMS blue shell case. Made of chrome-moly high strength steel. Threaded and Fitted with screw- adjustable anodised aluminium spring seat and lock nut.

- Competition specification mounting brackets with adjustable camber system fitted to the bracket.

- 50mm shock absorber system with high flow competition design piston with defined adjustable bump and rebound settings. DMS only uses special formulated racing shock absorber fluid.

DMS also has available high end gravel competition giant 60mm struts and 3/5/6 way adjustable.

Hi mate,

In the entry level 40mm piston (combined bump and rebound adjustment) $3188 for a full set including springs, freight and GST.

In the next one up, 50mm piston (separate bump and rebound adjustment) $4309 for a full set including springs, freight and GST.

In 3/5/6 way super struts, POA, but you wouldn't get change from $8-9k.

Regards,
Greg

Yep definitely! If something like the 40mm DMS is out of your price range, then you're FAR better off getting a quality spring and shock combo, than falling into this trap of buying cheap shitty coilovers because you're best mates goldfish's brother's owner reckons they their shiz...

We don't just do DMS as far as suspension goes:
Suspension : GSL RallySport, The Motor Sport Revolution!

Let me know for what car, and what you're trying to acheive, or what the car is being used for, and we'll price up some options.

Regards,
Greg

I have a DE 2008 Mazda 2 Genki and I'd like to do some track days and just get it to ride a bit sharper....18' rims are on the shopping list as well...I will use the original rims 16s for track ones I might look at coilovers later on

Unfortunately Koni and Eibach only list up to '07. I'll have a squiz around, but there isn't too much out there unfortunately.
