    Default Carbon Fibre Hood Damper

    Hi guys,

I was interested in picking one of these items up (http://www.mpsgarage.com.au/shop/pro...d-dampers.html) and was informed that if 5+ people were keen, then 20% would be able to be taken off the original price.

    so $177.00 - 20% = $141.60 I hope my maths is right here.

It looks like it is suitable for both the Mazda 3 and 6, as well as the MPS versions (gen 1) as the product code is MGGP - 3071. The Mazda 6 Gen II also. It isn't listed for the Mazda 3 MPS gen II.

Let me know if you guys/gals are keen.

    so far:

    Tone - MPS3 x2 G1
    Shakespeare MPS6
    Grizzly - MPS3 G1
    kmh001 - MPS6
    rfzd - MPS3 g1

    kccortez - Maybe
    TheJunglist - Maybe
    Lazydog - Maybe
    cletusb - Maybe MPS6
    Duglet - Maybe

You can get these (well the same thing, just not in fake carbon fibre) on ebay for maybe half that price.

We have had it tested, and if it's fake carbon fiber you can have them for nothing.

I have been guaranteed by our supplier that this is real carbon fibre and tested it in the flesh.

Thanks Tone, great price if free shipping, the ebay one becomes close to $100 when you include shipping and seeing as MPS Garage has vouched for it, put me down as a Yes please.
    R36 - Just like an MPS6 except with a growly V6

Sorry mate, my bad... I just assumed no-one would bother to make them in real CF. If it's real, that's cool.

Do you know how much they weigh compared to their non-cf counterparts?

Maybe it just gives it a bit of a bling bling look under the hood. Not sure to be honest though.

well on the Gen2 it should be better...as the bonnet is half the size and about 20kgs lighter than our Gen1.
