Gear shifts

hi all

Since the last 2 days I have noticed my gear gifts getting slightly harder (not as smooth as they used to be).
Could it be that I need to change my transmission oil and have the clutch bled?

thanks @dazza. i bought some redline mt90 yesterday and will be putting it in hopefully tomorrow.
will update the post once i have done it which hopefully fixes it.

Trans oil change is often enough. With the extremes in temperature down south, could be running a tad hotter than usual but to be honest, won't be any hotter than if you were giving the car a bit of welly.

I've found that since I've had my trans oil changed, my shifts are back to normal, but I think I've f***ed my shift into 6th if I try and shift too quickly, get a little grind. So, no fast changing from 4th to 6th, just nice slow 4-5-6th changes so the synchro's are looked after.

do the gear linkages have to be lubed?
