    Hmmm - interesting to ponder this list - let's see, as I can recall, from first to latest, approx year of acquisition in brackets;

1948 Ford V8 Pilot (1963) - first car, sold to me for $15 on condition I fix the gearbox and get it going, when I was 15 years old. Lovely car.
1964 Vauxhall Victor (1964) - reliable family car but not at all startling. 3-speed on column shift.
1967 Vauxhall Viva (1967) - Brabbham version with twin Strombergs. Surprisingly fast at the time. Handled well on Avons.
1952 Jowett Javelin (1969) - great touring car with lots of room, tall 4th gear gave it long legs.
1972 Austin 1800 (1974) - a fantastic little car that went everywhere, including most of the way up Cape York
1950's Ford Prefect (1975) - emergency cheapie while Austin was being repaired after a smash, died in weeks after main bearings failure. Awful car.
1964 Landrover Series IIa - kept it for years and did over 800,000km in this. Rough but tough as nails. Heavily modded.
1968 Maserati Quattroporte (1978) - at same time as Landrover. Kept for years and restored before selling.
1970's Alfa 1750 Giulia Sedan (about 1986) - great fun but a bit slippery in the light rear end. Kept briefly. Rusty.
1972 Citroen DS Pallas Injected 5 speed (late 1986). Amazing technology at the time. Armchair on wheels but complex.
1975 Maserati Ghibli (1986-87) - one of the most beautiful shapes made. Originally owned by Peter Sellers and Britt Ekland.
1975 Iso Rivolta S4 Fidia 350HP GM with GM Turbo 600 transmission (late 1986-87). Wonderful roomy fast tourer. Still in Perth being restored.
1986 Renault 25 GTX (new 1986) - one of the best cars I've owned. Tough, roomy, comfy, the faster it went the better it seemed to hold the road.
1986 Landrover County 110 V8 3.5 litre (new 1986)- a good car - kept it for years for bush work, used Renault mainly in city
1986 Jaguar Sovereign V12 (1990) - traded renault on it. A nice car but a mistake to trade the Renault as it cost a bomb to run and service
1987 Jaguar XJS V12 (1990) - both Jaguars at same time - matching pair.
1997 Toyota Landcruiser (new 1997) - still have this. Traded/sold both Jaguars and Landrover County for this, plus next car for city.
1998 Peugeot 304 (1997) - good little car but stupid sticky clutch cable setup.
2006 Mazda MPS6 (new 2006) - current car, along with Toyota. Quicker than all the others and nice to live with!

    My rides have been.
1978 Gemini sedan.( dad rolled it over 1 week after I got it)
1983 gemini sedan( dad gave me theirs to replace mine)- did quite a few seasons of Motorkhana, Khanacross, sprints and hillclimbs with this good ole chariot. underpowered but fun.
1975 Datsun 180B- bought it for 100Bucks, as a parts car for a race car I was workin with ended up driving it for a few years and it is still in my garage, Ia bit rusted but used for motorkhana and what ever else we can get it to. very stock apart from home made suspension
2003 VY commodore ute- povo pack bought it new.
2006 ss VZ thunder ute, traded the Vy for it. My pride and joy. had to sell it when the bub came along.
1992 Mazda 121 bubble, was basically free. still goes..
2006 Mazda 6 mps. our family car.. paid way too much and got dicked around by the dealer for it but it was the colour she wanted.. and we love it.

List is limited, but my god I had fun:

1985 Ford Meteor (2003) - fitted full exhaust & lowered
1992 Ford Falcon EB (2004) - Extractors, Cat back exhaust, rebuilt 4.0L w/ high compression, T5 manual, LSD. Boy this thing was fun!!
1994 Toyota MR2 GenIII Turbo (2006) - Upgraded clutch, upgraded intercooler, minor upgrades to internals. Pushing 195kw when I sold it.
    2004 Mazda3 Maxx Sport
    2011 Mazda3 MPS

    * In addition, had a Kawasaki Ninja ZX6R Streetfighter, altered sprocket sizes, Akrapovic exhaust. Cut off at 80km/h, lost her against the side of a car.

From Post #1 ... It needed updating........

•1999-2004: 1994 VR Holden Commodore Executive (Sedan, lowered, pacemakers, 2.5" cat-back, senator rear wing... white in colour.. used to rumble!)

    •2004-2006: 2004 Mazda3 SP23 (A-Series) - Silver, loved it. Bit of a lemon, replaced transmission @ 10,000km, Brake assembly replaced LH/Front.

•2006-2008: 2005 (MY06-New) Honda CRV - Gunmetal Grey - Great car, drank the fuel. Perfect to throw the bike in the back and go riding... miss the days of the Windsor to Nudgee Beach and back rides!

•2008-2009: 2008 Mazda3 SP23 (D-Series) - BLACK FTW! - Love this car too.. but, wanting something with a bit more go....

•2009 MPS3 - BLACK Luxury... Love this car!

•2011 Subaru WRX Premium - Satin White Pearl... When you think it can't get better than an MPS... It does.
    2015 Audi S3 | MTX | Sedan | Sepang Blue | Sunroof | SPP1 | Assistance Package | BW - Week 17 | Delivery June/July '15... Hopefully...

'86 Nissan R31 Pintara (ca20e man) - First road rego'd car, so I count from here. What an appalling shitter. Couldn't even hold a skid.
'90 Nissan R31 Skyline Exec (rb30e auto) - Bit of power, but not much.
~95 Mitsubishi Magna wagon (Astron2.6 auto) - Not even worth having a photo of.
'88 Ford Laset TX3 Cabriolet (b6t manual) - Swapped for the magn0r. Also a terrible shitter that ate turbos and gearboxes
'87 Nissan Skyline Exec (rb30e auto) - Another shitter.
'88 Suzuki Super Carry (1.0L of manual fury) - His name was P. Cecil, and he was probably the ultimate chick-picking-up-in-town vehicle. Broke down all the time.
'87 Nissan Skyline Silhouette (rb20det manual) - Lots and lots of burnouts and angry flame spitting gate.
'74 Datsun 180B (L18 manual) - Made huge flames from the exhaust, sometimes with bits of valves and shit. Also did an epic skid.
'06 Ford Focus (duratec 2.0 manual) - Attended several motorkhana days, worked good on short courses for a stocker. Air con was great.

    '06 Mazda MPS6 (mzr2.3 manual) - Current awesome sleeper

There was also a 88 or 89 r31 wagon with a manual box I had after the Carry blew it's motor, but it wasn't WA rego'd so that doesn't count. It went out of date and got stripped for bits.
