Need new 2006 mps 3 front bumper lid thingys just below the headlights

Hi guys,
i just finished work and when i returned back to my car the thingos on the front bumper was missing ! and now it looks hideous.
i was wondering if anyone knows what they are technically called and where to get them and price ? i need them in cosmic blue. i am missing the drivers side one !
this is really annoying as ive only had the car for a few months !
i have posted some photos so you guys know what im talking about.
i will head into a mazda dealership soon but wont be able till the end of the wweek cos of work.
any help will be greatly appreciated !

any idea where i can get it cheap ? mazda dealer quoted me 150 at one place and 200 at the other, and its not painted either.
a fair bit to pay for a piece of plastic
