    Default Remote not working

Not very tech savvy with electronics

Just out of curiosity, if both my remotes have full batteries but neither of them activate the lock/unlock on my car's doors, what would be my problem and how would I fix this?

    NEITHER transmitter works?
    Do you have OEM alarm?
One guess is they might need re-coding. The real question then would be why do they need re-coding? Something would have to have gone very wrong with entry security codes for that to be necessary.
Second guess (MUCH more likely) is that the receiver component in the vehicle is faulty.
That's definitely one for a dealer, I think. Let us know how you go.
