Was bored at work today and stumbled across the Hypertech Max Energy Sport (user applied generic ECU Flash) during a Google session .
There's a massive thread about them on MSF, anyone in Oz on here got one yet? Thoughts?
Link to vendor page, select your year, Mazda, 3/6 and L3 2.3 TC to see the page specifc to the MPS/Speed 3/6.

Well I just grabbed one...when it arrives I'll post my impressions. Seems ideally suited to my limited bolt-on mods and the gains I'm after.

I've got a before dyno here on the 2XS FMIC thread so we can benchmark off that, next time there's a CT dyno day I'll get on and have another go so we can see the difference![]()

What did it cost Dan???

That going to work on an Australian spec car? Looks a bit similar to the Cobb unit and I was pretty sure that didnt work on ours. Will be interesting to see how it goes.

i think its $450us protege garage
Sounds like it will work just like the ezy flash pro from chiptorque once they finish development.

All their literature says it's good for the Aus and Euro spec MPS's, in the menu the Aus program is one of the options and they advertise it as such.
When I get it I'll take some piccies of it and the flash process so people can see the menus. But, there is a heap of info out there already especially on MSF and the Hypertech site, just none here.
Cost to get one shipped to Aus is IVO $400-$450.
