Parrot Kit MKi9200 install issue

I recently installed the parrot Mki9200 kit with the OEM cable from parrot.
whilst the system does work quite well, i have run into a technical issue during the night time.

whenever the lights are on, and the kit is in use (i.e. mp3 playing or using the hands free) my dashboard lighting goes dim).

I am wondering whether anyone with this kit has had similar issues described above and if yes, how they rectified the issue?

ok, fixed....

the mute yellow cable was plugged in, this cause unnecessary short in the HVAC system, thereby dimming the internal lights.

Advice to all those looking to invest in this kit - unhook the yellow wire from the OEM cable for the mazda 6.
