Headrest DVD for the kids in the back, what should I get?

I am looking for a dvd unit for my 2 year old for a long trip we have planned.

I am looking for a self contained DVD player/ LCD screen unit, probably fixed to the back of the head rest.

I don't wish to spend too much unless I can see good value.

The options I can see so far are a TEAC twin screen unit from WOW sight n sound for $199.

I am happy to think a little outside the box such as :
1) I did have the crazy idea of straping an iPad to the back of the headrest or another device that isn't necessarily a dvd player but could do this and other things when not in use.
2) An ipod touch perhaps. Screen could be a little small though.

Make sure you check fitment before you buy.

I had some for my MPS and they didn't fit between the bulge on the outside of the seat top. The factory headrest sits into it's own "cutout" in the seat.
