automatic car windows problem

so i just installed a turbo inlet pipe and i think i may have bumped the ecu cables or something, but now i can't wind my windows down automatically which is a bummer, can anyone help fix this problem?

Put the window all the way down and continue holding the button down for 5 secs, then put the window all the way up and continue to hold for 5 seconds.
