Veiwing Air/Fuel ratio and boost on dashhawk

I have been reading through the online manual, it says to just hook it up, and it will change from red to green when its connected properly but mine stays red. The manual is useless

What do you mean same probelm? Connecting to pc or you can't figure out how to change it via the DH it's self?

yeah just can't get it connected to the computer.....done mattmps download and all that ???

using vista, geez its a pain !

Is it 32bit or 64bit? Any error messages? Can you run it as administrator?

If its vista 64 bit, the drivers are not signed so it wont work (unless you can sign the drivers some way - hacky hacky)
In 32 bit vista, browse to the installation directory, right click the mainapplication.exe file and click on 'compatability' tab (from memory), check the box that says run this as administrator.

Try uninstalling, then checking the device manager for 'dash hawk usb bridge' if that is there right click it and uninstall (make sure DH is NOT connected when uninstalling etc), reboot, install software THEN plug DH in.
