Hypertech Tech Support

A big :2thumb: to the guys in the Tech Support area at Hypertech. I had all sorts of problems trying to re-load my tune after a dealer service. It asked for a software update prior to installation. After several emails back and forth the issues were resolved today (the main issues were with the security on my computer).

Their step by step instructions were easy to follow (even for me....being from the abacus generation) :rofl2:

I second that. Had the same issues with mine, emailed them, sorted out with no hassles at all.
