Noisy thrust bearing / clutch issue

I use to think the noise went away when I pushed the clutch in, But it was only because the revs were dropping.

If I bring the revs back up I can hear it just as loud.

I have heard other MPS's and they did not make this noise.

I also don't think it's a major problem, but it's EXTREMELY annoying imo.
