Hi guys,
Just got my MPS Gen 2 yesterday and this is my first manual car. I'm slowly getting use to the MPS clutch which I found to be quite different, anyways the car seems
smooth through all the gears, but its kind of shaky in 6th. The car vibrates mildly when I'm in 6th despite whether im going 90 or 120...
Can anyone give me some clues to what could be the problem, or is this normal? :S
THANKS!!

How many kms has the car done?? Sounds like a tire issue...

Wheel alignment?balance?

Could be a tire issue, I'll take it to a wheel specialist and see whats the go. My car's done 90,000km.

Still shaky in 4th or 5th at that speed?
and define shaky.
Vibes through the car, through the steering?

Gen 2 done 90,000km? Woah... Ok well if its a tire issue maybe u've already been through all that... Roughly Gen 2 on stock alignment takes 20,000km+ before you need new set of tiresI'm currently on my 3rd set, sitting 40,000km

Vibrates through the car and the car doesn't vibrate through 4th or 5th, most of the km's are highway.

What exactly are you doing to induce these vibrations? Sounds to me like you're attempting to flatten it in 6th, no wonder the car is protesting! I'd you want to pass someone or go fast in that 90-120km/h bracket shift down a gear or two.
