Whats the best product/method to remove road tar from the paint safely?

Prepsol / wax and grease remover.

Postman Dan recommended Penetrene, after some looking around I finally found it!!! Pretty cheap compared to some Bug and Tar removal products out there at $12 for a Litre bottle. Am going to try it out this weekend to see how it goes. And I know if Dan uses it, it must be safe!
