If you want a spray on, hose off product it is not the pick of the bunch. It is basically degreaser (well not basically. That's exactly what it is) and designed for use with raw aluminium wheels, because if you use an acid based product on this surface it stains.
Personally, I have used the Meguiar's Hot Rims All Wheel Cleaner on my MPS wheels and had no issues with it. But even with this you might need some agitation from a brush if the brake dust is baked on.
If you are looking at purchasing the Wheel Armour, my recommendation would be to forget the wheel cleaner, use whatever you've got to get them clean like degreaser which is a common household item and then get them clean with that and apply the Wheel Armour.
After you apply the Wheel Armour you won't use the cleaner anyway because it will strip your sealant off like Lynchy mentioned. Wipe them dry before each wash like I mentioned and the dust will literally fall off. When you notice this effect starting to drop off, just reapply the Wheel Armour.
