Is it possible to get the bulky flick out key replaced with a smaller standard type key and have it still work with the ignition (might be a stupid question but I know they're transcoded) I have an aftermarket alarm key fob to unlock the car so u don't need the OEM central locking function.
I actually got a smaller key with my MPS6 - like an oldschool key, no remote attached. It must have a transponder chip built in to the head.
What I want is to get a smaller 2 button remote without the flip key attached to go with it! I find the flip key awkward to use by comparison.
