Mazda 3 Sat Nav

Hi my 2010 Mazda 3 MPS Sat Nav auto colour function doesn't work. The setting that changes it from day colour to night colour automatically doesn't work. When I set it to auto, it just stays on the day colour, even at night, and I have to go in and change it to night manually. Any idea what could be causing this/possible fixes? Thanks

Next to the Speedo there is a knob which you can adjust the brightness... Press it in while you have your lights on.

Yep. It switches to night mode. Unlike our CX5 which is automatic....

'deep breath' Our CX5 has more torque, a standard sunroof, better sat nav, goes 850 km on single tank and has better, full leather seats than an MPS.

The thread was about sat nav.. Not you ragging on a mod, don't think I've seen you mention that once yet, and Brad answered the OP's question.

It has a turbo diesel. Try Google.com, new search engine, I hear it works well.

Anyways I'm lucky to have that and the MPS.

I sincerely apologize, my friend had my phone and was playing around with my accounts on Tapatalk. He's a member on mazdaspeed forums so he's a little rude.

I'm not from Australia, I am Canadian and love the cx5,too bad it wasn't turbo diseal here.
I joined this forum to see what kinda mods and ideas you guys were playing around with.
Again I apologize, terrible first impression and I put a lock on my phone so my buddy won't terrorize my phone again.

MMM could the MPS engine be transplanted to the CX5, that would be a sleeper.

Sucks we didn't get the upgraded head unit with the new NAV in the 2013 model, they did it for the USA models.

I drive along seeing 4WD CX9s CX5's, would of it been that hard for Mazda to do it for the car that would actually benefit from it.
