Titanium Grey MPS6

he journey begins with the purchase of a new MPS6 in December 2006...

Before this car I had a Pulsar SSS- great car that i treated like absolute crap and it just would not stop...I even went 35,000km without a service and it was still running pretty good...

When I started looking at cars, I first started looking at an imported EVO 7, but it was just to basic (I had had regular access to an EVO 6 at this time so knew what they were like performance wise)- great for performance but I needed a bit of class as I was taking customers out in my car...

I then looked at the Honda Accord Euro, the Liberty GT Spec B and the Mazda 6MPS. All of these cars had good and bad points- the Honda did not have enough power and I favored AWD. The Subi just did not do it for me- brakes were crap, power felt down...the MPS just felt spot on- everything just seemed to fit for me and th price was much better then the Subi. So the decission was made- I was getting the MPS6 and the journey had begun...

At this point in time I had just discovered Final Inspection, but had not used any high end detailing products (boy was that to change!).

Here is a pic after 3 coats of Zaino 2pro and three coats of P21s...

Here is my Car PC motorised screen...

And here is a pic taken early one morning at Stanwell Tops (Near Wollongong sort of)...after a thrash through the national park...

Downpipe has now been installed for about a month...and what a difference it makes...Launching seems so much easier now and the car is loud. When i say loud, what i actually mean is LOUD. I can not set car alarms of when I choose it has such a deep, throaty roar to it now...lol
