Probably nothing with the above item listed, but mine has something loose in it. Made a noise on heavy air intake.Didn't take it apart to have a look, but it might have been the piston. Took it off and replaced with the stock BPV the MPS goes all right now.

Mine is not broken, my wife drives the car and prefers it quiet. It also does not fit well with my FMIC pipes either.
