From memory, only done a small bit of reading on these, there is a sound difference and the second version is not a direct copy of the OEM part just made of mteal which the first one apparently is. Not sure if there is any difference in performance or anything like that out of it.

Anyone correct me if I am wrong.

This is a version 1 unit. Apparently the second version doesn't have the trademark sound of the first version - ie - it doesn't have the metallic 'ping' when dumping boost.
