2XS TIP + SRI on Gen 1: a review

So has there been an update on the TIP? if so I may get both the TIP and SRI of you 2xs, since pricing is very similar to that to the stuff in the U.S

The items noted have been resolved. No more updates to TIP.

I will no longer be making TIP after the current stock have been sold.

IMO it's just the tubo spool, I've recently installed a CPe TIP and CAI and it makes the same kettle sound which is actually the turbine wheel on the turbo spinning...

I've driven plenty of turbo cars with intakes and they all make this sound, some louder than others I think it's so evident on the MPS because the turbo is close to the firewall.

lol. One question, why would you use aluminium raw as a TIP? Conducts so much heat inside the tubeing. Hence the reason most companies are making them out of silicone these days. I'd prob have wrapped it first in heat shield.

Price, performance and effectiveness are 3 different outcomes.
Everybody wants it cheaper, expects BIG power gains and wants it to look "bling"
You can't get everything from a $150 product.
Exactly why I don't make them anymore.

Ahh yeah I see. They are cheap now anyhow even in silicone i reckon. Any 'proven' gains by adding this mod? It is said it is a restrictive part but claims are that it hasn't done anything to the feel or dyno figures.

Hey Troy, does your TIP fit the 6? And will other brands of SRI's fit onto it?
Will your TIP be louder than silicon TIP's? eg. SURE Motorsports Sidewinder TIP or will it be barely noticeable it noise difference.

SURE Motorsports are still in developement for there Stealth Black TIPS so I'm looking at buying a TIP elsewhere to match up with there SRI

It will bolt up to all other standard sized SRI's, but, I do not make the TIP anymore.
