A straight through system with a cat at downpipe which will not throw a CEL would be great
Would you be able to wipe somthing up?

Parts on my long-term wishlist:
- Dump pipe with euro (5 or 6) compliant catalytic converter that still flows well.
- Ported and Polished K04 OR something like what BNR do with GT28 series internals. (ball bearing versions would be awesome )
- FMIC kit with a top mounted air intake (like the CS kit). I've asked you before but in case you decide to change your mind
- Exhaust Manifold (which you already make)
- Intake manifold (not sure if you've looked into these or not)

Given the quality of you're work I've seen on here and the attitude you've displayed I'd prefer to get any or all these bits from you as time and $$ become available to do so.

The DPs are coming. Ones that bolt directly to the factory system and won't throw a CEL in a Gen 2 either.

I have Dump pipes coming, for 3 and 6 MPS. Why do you need to go to a Euro 5 (or even 6) Most cars in Aust are only up to Euro 4.
Contact Allstar Tuning, they can upgrade the internals of your std KO4 to Garrett internals, even Ballbearing too. Allstar Tuning Systems
I don't like the topfeed air intake. I think it'll draw to much heatsoaked air. I'll pass, still.
Exhaust manifold. Done.
As for the intake manifold, I can't see any issues with the factory one, it should be good for 400HP+ at the wheels. Or do you want something "pretty"?

Was interested in the Euro cat as the usual 100 cel cat is technically illeagal to run now, and will be illeagal to sell come Jan 2011. I think a decent flowing yet emissions compliant DP is a future market that not too many are thinking about just yet.

I'll have to chat to Allstar about the internals. The advantage of the BNR way of doing things is that the core's only cost $200 if you dont send your own. Sourcing a KO4 in aus for $200 is a pipe dream unless your lucky on ebay.

Not overly surprised that the intake mani is reasonable already, wouldn't turn down a reasonably priced pretty one
