Installed the short shift plate on my MPS6 last night. Took all of 5 min because i was able to install it without removing the CAI. I have to agree with AlTee that the worst part was trying to unclip the shifter cable, was worried i was going to break it.
The shift feels much better after the install and the throw from 1st to 2nd is so short i thought it was still in neutral the first time. Best value for money mod i've done so far. Everyone should get this

Then he came to my place at 9:20pm and I took his car for a spin. Very nice Troy, 2nd feels really close though compared to 4th. Might take some getting used to but the travel is much less. Toddy is happy with it and I may consider it in the future.

Got the short shift plate installed by Troy bit over a week ago now and it is truly a great mod for the MPS. Took him a whole 2 minutes to install and definitely worth it and would highly recommend to anyone thinking about it. Cheers again Troy Shifting feels a whole lot better and can't wait to get my next 2XS mod!!
