It's a shame... BUT, I do agree with him to an extent. ANYTIME any part of the intake hangs over the top of a heat source, heat soak will be evident, contradicting the choice to go with the FMIC conversion.
I think the 2XS FMIC matched with the 2XS SRI and sealed box will be a wonderful thing, just can't wait now to receive/fit it all... will be pics galore!!!
