How hard are they to install them yourself is there a special machine i need, to press them ? Could i install them...

I don't think they are "that" hard, you just need a press, common sense and a little mechanical ability.

Any competent suspension place can do them.
I own a MPS6, had the bushes done on the front end about a year ago. I went to Pedders in South Melbourne. Think it was approx. 300 for the install and alignment. But I had Caster and Camber kits put in the front, so it took approx. 6 hours to complete.
